Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve travel, guarantee availability or pricing, create a booking, or form a contract. A commitment exists only when KPS and the client complete the applicable written confirmation and commercial process.

KPS will request necessary protected information through an appropriate controlled channel when required.
